[edit] Grazing Incidence Small Angle Scattering

Grazing incidence small angle scattering (GISAS), also called off-specular reflectometry, is a technique to measure large scale in-plane structures on thin films.

[edit] Community

A number or researchers around the world are working to develop the GISAS technique.

There is a group mailing list (offspec+subscribe@googlegroups.com) archived at http://groups.google.com/group/offspec.
