- two endstations: SWAXS and Open Platform Liquid Surfaces (OPLS)
very large chemistry lab, divided into users’ area and staff’s area, with a shared entrance for common supplies.
OPLS: liquid surface scattering with single crystal deflector optics
- XRR, GID, GISAXS, XRFNTR, GIXOS-pseudoXRR
2D diamond CRL before deflecting crystal, ~2m from the sample, 10um vertical beam size
deflecting crystal: Ge111, a normal cut and a miscut one for horizontal broadening
sample environments:
- Langmuir trough (Kibron)
- environment chamber with multi-trough inserts
